We ship our products through the postal service (Elta.gr), which is the best way of shipping worldwide for a low price in a timely manner.
Can I track my package?
Yes, you can track your order immediately after receiving the shipping email with the tracking number.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
We offer worldwide shipping with the postal service ( USPS / Royal Mail / Australia Post etc)
Shipping costs are calculated on the page of each product before you add it to your cart.
Please note that each product is manufactured after you place your order and takes time to be produced, packaged and shipped (lead time).
Shipping a part from Greece to Europe usually takes 5-7 working days and shipping to the USA/Australia can take 7-14 working days.
Where is my DISPATCH EMAIL?
Sometimes our emails, such as the confirmation or shipping email containing the tracking number of your order, are marked as SPAM and you need to check your spam folder.

What is preparation time?
This is the time it takes to produce your order.
Please note that each product is only produced after you have placed your order and takes time to be produced, packaged and shipped
Damage during shipping
All products are carefully packed in cardboard boxes to avoid damage during transportation. This does not mean that we have never had a "problem" during shipping, but even if this happens, we are here to help you and we will either refund you or send you a new product as a replacement.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Of course, if you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
You will be charged the shipping costs for returning the product to our company and of course you must pack it exactly as it was delivered in order to get back the full amount you paid.
Unfortunately, additional costs cannot be refunded.
Value Added Tax
VAT of 24% applies to all goods and services bought and sold for use or consumption in the European Union.
Products sold to customers abroad (non-EU citizens) are not subject to 24% VAT, but any additional import charges VAT, duty or taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We ship internationally via the postal service , therefore your parcel is not likely to enter customs clearance due to the large volume of parcels.
