I live half a world away from Greece (where the product came from) in Arizona. And was having trouble finding just a front hard top in the states. I found the Fiberster website online and had concerns because they were so far away. But I decided to take a chance and ordered one. And I was so glad I did! We had some shipping issues, like a snowstorm in Greece that literally shut everything down for a work week. And some postal tracking issues that were resolved very quickly with the company keeping me on it's informed progress along the way. When I did receive the package the outer box was in very bad shape. But thanks to the extra time and effort they had put into the packaging the product inside it was unscathed. The top was beautiful with a very nice outer finish and interior matting. Beautiful crafted product, along with excellent customer service I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Robert
